We offer services to assist with business recruiting goals and processes. We will conduct interviews, set up recruiting fairs, prepare offer letters, deliver new hire orientations, create on-boarding plans, manage employee relations issues, conduct 

investigations, create employee handbooks, policies and procedures, assist with other employee relations tasks and more.

We assist with resume development, career coaching, interview prep, transitioning from the floor to a supervisor role, creating documents, presentations, handouts, and  helping employees work through tough work performance issues and more. We can also assist with prepping to transition to another role for staff and individuals.
